French and German Wikis for Guild Wars 2 is Now Available
Stéphane Lo Presti, a community manager for ArenaNet has officially announced on the ArenaNet blog that the official German and French wiki pages for Guild Wars 2 have been launched.
The ever-going English version of the Official Guild Wars 2 Wiki currently has more than 4,700 articles. Blizzard is working hard to make new French and German version wikis catch up. However, as Stéphane Lo Presti said in the blog, most staff of ArenaNet are not French or German speakers, which can be a great challenge for them to interact directly. So they encourage players to register on the wiki of their preferred language and to add or edit content. Stéphane Lo Presti also announced that a Spanish wiki is current under development. There will be official wikis for all the localized languages in Guild Wars 2 once the Spanish wiki has been released.
Both of these new wikis are unique and separate from the English version of the Official Guild Wars 2 Wiki; so if you’re a member of the French or German Guild Wars 2 communities and interested in contributing to these individual wikis, be sure to sign up.
